The bed was super comfortable, hotel was clean and tidy, breakfast wasn't as broad as I remember Candlewood Suites being in the past, but still good enough options for a quick bite to hold it down until lunch. Elevators super quick, nice pool area and gym and complimentary washer and dryers are a great touch too.

The problem was EXPEDIA’s fault. ******* told us that the hotel had rooms for 4 adults and 2 children (we’re a family of 6 traveling together). When we arrived at 9:45 pm, after a 12 hour day of driving, we were informed that we needed a second room. We paid for it but it was not in the plan to need to pay for two rooms. The general manager told us they have had this problem before with ******* customers and have complained but got no results.

We enjoyed our stay in the relatively new motel. However, there are minor signs of wear and tear already. I trust that you folks will maintain the property to your high standards. Very good breakfast!

This property was new, nice and very clean. It was in a central location near the Tri State of Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi. I highly recommend this.

Nice place but really irritating when you get in the shower and there is no body wash (the dispenser is empty)

The room was quite staff professional and polite only issue was the shower was not cleaned properly it was hair inside

The room and price were great! The hot breakfast could have more offerings such as real bacon not bits.

Noisy
The hotel is very good is almost new, for me two things , first the door are awful make to much noise , All night I heard doors closing, even in the morning I tried to close my door softly so as not to wake my family and it was impossible, it always closes hard and makes noise that doesn't let me rest peacefully, second was the bacon for breakfast which was something fake that hardly tasted like bacon and was full of oil, everything else was fine.

Greetings from Ms. L - Desk Check In Agent was Extremely Kind and went beyond the call of duty to fulfill all of my requests. Totally Professional!! Property is well lighted and very clean. The room was exceptionally Clean and Comfortable.

Didn't like having to pay a $50 deposit for non smoking family and 4 days later still haven't been reimbursed.
