Room air conditioner doesn’t work, power has gone out , don’t know when it will come back on

I booked the room through ******* and paid for a king suite, however when I arrived I was told that they didn’t have any king suites and was given a double bed room. I agreed to the property putting a hold on my debit card for a certain amount for incidentals, however they did that AND put an additional hold on my debit card, which I did not authorize and which was 4 times more than they said the hold was going to be.

Airshaft for nonsmokers....more room availability so i dont have to drive home 200 miles at night or sleep parking or another 500$ hotel!!

Anniversary trip. It was a very chill vibe. Great restaurants. The room and hall was very elegant and bed was comfy. The shower was great too.

Beautiful property. Spa was lovely, DIning options were good. Staff was hit or miss. One dealer in particular had a bad attitude as well as some of front desk. Bartenders, housekeeping and spa attendants were all very nice.

Beautiful place, excellent staff, very clean. Will come back 100%. Dave Ramsey’s Kitchen was worth every penny. Favorite place I’ve ever stayed. My husband and I were both very pleased.

Comfy - nice to have valet included in stay - but had an issue with power outlet and lighting in the bathroom trying to get ready for an event and no one ever came to fix it and I had to get ready in the dark.

Overall, this is a great property. The only negative is the air filtration system doesn’t handle the cigarette smoke effectively.

Very nice rooms, good enough service they brought you stuff if you needed it, good Internet, and USB plug-ins, but they could use a louder bathroom fan,
