Unprofessional staff – The same person cleaning the washroom was also serving water, which is highly unhygienic and unprofessional. • Poor food quality – Ordered dal, but it was undercooked and not edible. • Misleading ratings – Booked the hotel based on a 5-star rating on TripAdvisor, but the actual experience doesn’t justify more than 2.5 stars. • Room not worth the price – The room quality doesn’t justify anything more than ₹2000 per night. • Poor service overall – Service was lacking in basic hospitality standards. • Average location – Location is just okay; no good restaurants, shops, or facilities nearby. • Disappointing experience – The hotel failed to meet even basic expectations in terms of cleanliness, professionalism, and comfort.

The rooms are spacious and have all amenities. Rahul jee was very helpful during our stay.Most important the view from the hotel was breath taking. The property was neat and clean and have their own parking. Very quite place . Any one feel relaxed there.

Great location. Tasty food. Courteous staff. Very peaceful. Excellent stay overall. It was a great resort with all amenities and comfort. Option of variety of games available. Pool and music made evenings joyful. Sunrise and sunset views over moutains were serene.
