TownPlace Suites specifically on Dani Drive in Fort Myers is an excellent hotel. New, very clean, and very well appointed rooms. Jami at the front desk was particularly very nice. She did well in getting the right room for us and I appreciate her kindness and patience in doing so.

Nice new property with well equipped rooms. The kitchens are fully outfitted. Two nice 55" LG TV's. Huge bathrooms. Customer service is excellent! The only complaint I have is with the entertainment vendor this hotel contracts with. Their system does not allow you to use a Amazon Firestick. I've come across this at other Marriott properties. Once you connect with the Firestick , you have no control over the volume. It's stuck on max volume. We tried both the provided remote and the original LG remote to no avail. It's a deal breaker for those of us who travel a lot and like to watch our own programming. In this day and age, to not have a system which allows this function will keep some travelers away! The hotel service tech was very helpful, though unsuccessful in trying to correct the problem. The vendor's customer service did not seem to know how to address the problem. Otherwise, parking was excellent, there were plenty of places nearby to eat and public facilities were excellent! Please correct the entertainment system! Thanks!

We visited for a baseball tournament. The hotel was conveniently located to all of the fields. There was also plenty of shopping and food places around the hotel. The room was large and comfortable and had a kitchenette that made our stay even easier Even with a hotel full of baseball players, the room was quiet, comfortable and restful Highly recommend this hotel. Good staff great location nice breakfast and felt like home.

Pros: Shower heads were mounted very high which is excellent since I am 6’3”. Rooms were clean also. Cons: Is this hotel even up to fire code standards? Walls, floors and ceiling seem subpar and extremely thin. SUPER NOISY the whole stay. No exhaust fans in the bathroom make showering/toilet use not so pleasant. The local McDonald breakfast is superior to this location. Minimal choices and the options available were not good/tasty. Coffee was full of grounds all of the 5 mornings we were there. Fruit was bad. Apples had very large soft/brown spots and bananas were over ripe. Still ended up going elsewhere to get something worth eating. If breakfast being included is a big factor in your choice of locations for timing or pricing assistance, this one is not going to help you.

Love at first sight. I walked in to be greeter with genuine care, immediately watching a gentlemen covered in paint jump in to assist a guest. Soon to discover this was Joey, I was amazed by his team spirit and then to follow the extreme attention to detail and thoughtfulness by putting the stunning property together whether he the Chief Maintenance guru or Chief Engineer, it doesn’t matter as it was a very much teamwork mentality from all. Then a there’s the immaculate cleanliness from the rooms, to the pool and outdoor spaces to the gym. Housekeeping was always around and helped in ways above their job description. Great location for easy access to highway, drive to Sanibel or Lovers Key, walking distance to shops, coffee and groceries. Although I never met the AGM or GM, I must share they are rocking it at cultivating a team that embodies hospitality. Jayleen Camila Kristyn Yoseline Gabriella IrIs Joey Milaydy Rockstars! I can’t wait to be back. A must stay if you’re in the area!
