酒店前台服务人员很热情,房间宽敞明亮,床品干净整洁。只是在房间泡面的时候不知为啥触发了烟雾报警,工作人员过来也是一头雾水
这是我第一次给一个酒店打这么低的分
1.在我凌晨快三点到达酒店时前台人员告知没有查到我的预定信息,在我出示预定证明后让我稍等,说预定出现问题他来帮我们解决。于是在凌晨三点钟我们带着一个三岁的小朋友在大堂等了半小时,并且不知道原因。
2.在我们到达房间后发现房间门没关,灯也是打开的。进去发现没有矿泉水,欢迎卡片上写的还是上一个客人的名字。我合理怀疑是酒店把我们的预定房间订出去了,在我们到达后才临时打扫了一间房给我们。
3.由于我们带了一个三岁的小朋友所以我们预定的大床房,但是进房间后发现是一间双床房,并且前台告知我们当晚只有这一间空房。
4.在我们洗漱完毕后发现房间的空调、Wi-Fi、吹风机以及床头两个充电插座都不能使用。
5.由于我们凌晨五点才睡下已经非常疲惫了,睡觉前我们在房间门口挂了请勿达打扰的门牌,结果酒店工作人员在早上酒店左右敲门打扫卫生并直接刷房卡进入。
6.酒店房间里的广播故障,早上9点多、11点多、12点多多次很大声的重复广播,还有火警警报🚨说有特殊情况,让我们待在房间里不要出去,等候通知。在我们致电前台后告知我们是广播故障,但是十分钟后又广播说是火警测试。导致我们一早上没有睡好
这是我第一次入住如此差劲的酒店,在离店时工作人员说下次可以给我们升级房型并赠送早餐。我认为这个行为毫无歉意。
这家酒店性价比非常高。
首先,非常感谢他们让我们提前8小时办理了入住!酒店员工非常热情有礼。
酒店位置绝佳,离机场很近,只需乘坐几站地铁,步行5分钟即可到达。
酒店干净整洁,床单柔软舒适,床也很大。
所有设施一应俱全,洗浴用品、饮用水、茶、咖啡、水壶,还有一个全新的熨斗。浴室也很新,美观整洁。
早餐供应到上午11点,是小型的自助餐。虽然种类不算多,但所有必需品都有,比如炒鸡蛋、奶酪、蔬菜和水果。
我找不出任何缺点。
我绝对会推荐这家酒店,并且我自己以后也还会选择入住这里。
酒店不错,离地铁站很近,30分钟就能到机场。
但我们的房卡刷不开,不得不跑了两趟前台才给重新设置好。
窗外正对着一个足球场,小伙子们踢球一直踢到深夜。
性价比很高的酒店。房间里有烧水壶、茶和咖啡。淋浴间和卫生间宽敞舒适。还提供熨斗、冰箱、拖鞋和洗衣袋。房间也足够大。
酒店离地铁站步行约10分钟。
服务很好。
酒店离地铁站很近,对于需要转机的人来说非常方便。房间很新,干净舒适,住着很舒服。所有员工都很友善,让人住得很安心。强烈推荐!
这是一家很新的酒店,马路对面有个超市。我们预订了含早餐的房间,早餐很丰盛,种类不多但很精致。从萨比哈机场打车的费用我记不太清了,但一定要在机场把钱换成里拉,因为出租车司机用刷卡支付多收了40%的费用! Anadolu航空公司还为那些因航空公司原因未能赶上航班的乘客提供了住宿。这些照片是我从视频中截取的,所以请原谅画质不好。一切都和宣传照片上的一样。
一家新酒店,装修很漂亮。房间面积也很大,非常不错。
酒店的一切都很好,尤其是卫生方面做得非常用心。这是一家我们想再次入住的酒店。
在这里住了一晚,体验很不错。员工们都非常热情友好。
