酒店不错，员工友好，但周边环境略显简陋。

优点：房间宽敞，带小厨房。允许携带宠物，但我没看到。设施现代化。早餐很棒。员工友好。

缺点：我的信用卡被多扣了款，房间清洁度不佳，床单、毛巾和淋浴间都有毛发，地板上有灰尘，床周围也没有吸尘。这里绝对是少数族裔。周边环境略显简陋，作为一名白人女性，晚上走到停车场取车时感觉不安全。酒店的位置很奇怪。

We booked a studio, when we got there we received a mobility and hearing access room, we went back down, the app still said 5 available, got informed that that's the last one available but they will upgrade us, which was great, got to the bigger room, plugged in my laptop all lights in the room turned off, like when a fuse trips. Went back down, got informed that there is no maintenance staff on site and that they can't do anything about it. We accepted since we found 2 other plugs that were working and we needed a place to sleep. Walls are thin, you can hear everything from one room to another, same from outside, cars passing by, parking in the parking lot and so on...

The hotel is great. It is new and clean. The staff was wonderful. If I had one slight negative to say, it's that there isn't much on offer other than the hotel room and breakfast. There isn't a pool or anything like that. The breakfast is truly top notch. They have a cook making food to order.

We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast, unfortunately. We were rushing around getting ready and didn’t quite make it down at 10.

We however, enjoy the location of the hotel. The rooms are extremely nice and we love the suite that we stayed in. I’ve stayed there two additional times when visiting Savannah and I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great experience with staff members and my wife loved the evening tea. Also, the cook to order breakfast was fantastic.

The only thing we feel they needed to improve was the cleanliness of the floor in the room. We accidentally dropped some water on the hard floor and when we wiped it off to dry it the paper towel came back dirty with some build up.

First of all… the MOST amazing free breakfast out there is offered here.

Our room and the hotel in general was clean, comfortable and located conveniently on the Southside. The staff was pleasant and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. The only down-side was a ticking ALL night long that was determined to be water through the pipes making it difficult to sleep. Our bathroom door could not close all the way resulting in a lack of privacy. In the hotel’s defense, when we notified them of the issues, they offered to move our room, however we had already unpacked and settled in, so we declined the offer. That being said, I still highly recommend Element and will stay there again on my next visit to Savannah!
