Clean bed, clean room, nice facilities, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Coffee was fine but home fries, sausage, and fruit were excellent! Would definitely stay again.

Everything was good just they didn’t have food for breakfast. We came to eat at 8am and there was nothing to eat. If they knew they have full hotel with no rooms open , they should know that they will need more food

Drove 3 hours to hotel with reservation. Arrived at hotel and told hotel is overbooked and no rooms availability. Drove 3 hours back home and canceled our family vacation.

Where was the cook?
No coffee maker in room? Breakfast was a mess. The cook did not show up. Juice machine empty. No butter, no yogurts. A pancake machine but no batter. Many things empty or missing. Told the truck didn’t show up.

hotel was very clean and staff was great good location off the hwy but we had a room facing the hwy and it was noisy couldnt sleep very well but im a very light sleeper.the rooms were great and the pool was nice but a bit small if hwy noise effects your sleep request a room away from the hwy

The property was clean and well laid out. Breakfast was okay but could have had more non-dairy and gluten-free options. An incident occurred at the hotel where my husband was using the laundry facilities and it set the fire alarm off. When he went to retrieve the clothes, there was steam or smoke coming from the dryer and that set off the fire alarms in the hotel. It was around midnight so it was quite the ordeal where the fire department had to come and shut off the alarms, during which time the piercingly loud alarm woke up most of the hotel guests. The fire department said the dryer was broken and my husband was blamed by the front desk for overfilling the dryer and causing the issue. We have washed our clothes a few times at other hotels on this trip and never had a problem. She was reluctant to help my husband with anything after this which left us with a negative experience.
