Stayed here for 1 week in August. The staff was nice, courteous and attentive. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was free and good - there were 2 wedding parties at the hotel while we were there so breakfast was chaotic at times. Parking was spacious. Easy in/out to the hwy. Off the beaten path, but close to most things - about a 10-12 min drive into downtown Duluth. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property is brand-new, but it is unfortunately poorly cared for. From the dirty lobby to the uninterested staff, it made this experience very pedestrian.

New hotel in Duluth! Enjoyed my stay. Spacious and even quiet, considering it's a hotel. One complaint. Water pressure. I wish hotels would provide hand showers for cleaning the nether regions vs. a simple shower head with little pressure. This is typical of most hotels, so nothing shocking. Also, as with other hotels, the lighting in the bathroom isn't great. Hard to shave or put contacts in because there's just so little light.

Very nice clean and new hotel that was impeccably clean. This hotel is in a fantastic location and has plenty of parking. It is close to Costco, the mall, airport. and restaurants; only 15 min to hospitals and downtown. It has a nice clean pool (no hot tub) and a very nice gym. It has a beautiful and quiet patio to relax on and the rooms are very nice with all the amenities you need for longer stays too. The only reason for 4 stars is because they failed to have basics (non dairy and gluten free options) like eggs and plain oatmeal for breakfast like all other Towneplace across the country I have stayed.

The hide a bed was like sleeping on a rock. Otherwise this facility was all around excellent.

房间和酒店都很干净、现代，非常漂亮。要是能有个热水浴缸就更好了。另外，早餐时没找到普通牛奶和2%的牛奶。找酒店有点费劲，GPS好像不太准🤔
酒店和房间都非常干净崭新。健身房设施齐全，也很干净。早餐和咖啡热气腾腾，新鲜美味。我们非常享受这次住宿。
