Room wasn’t cleaned proper and didn’t have the supplies in room. Dishes were in the dishwasher when we arrived (not sure if clean or dirty), there was sauce on the stove top and bedding for the pull out bed was not in the room. Called for bedding they never came had to go back down and wait later in the evening. Overall for the price it was poor.
Staff were amazing, very nice and easy to deal with.

The hide a bed was like sleeping on a rock. Otherwise this facility was all around excellent.

Could have been a very nice property, but there were some glaring errors.
Pros:
(1) Property is new and in good condition.
(a) The fitness center is good (for a hotel).
(2) It's kept very clean.
Cons:
(1) The room included a PLASTIC spatula with a STAINLESS STEEL frying pan, and the spatula melted a little when I made an omelet. Don't know why someone thought pairing a non-heat resistant spatula with a metal frying pan was a good idea. I had to buy a metal spatula to use the rest of my stay, and when I reported this to the front desk, they didn't even offer to comp me for the new spatula.
(2) The walk-in shower had a shower caddy bolted to a wall perpendicular to the wall with the shower head. You had to be careful not to bump your arms on it every time you turned. They could have bolted it to the same wall as the shower head, underneath where they'd put the soap dispensers.

凌晨1点30分，火警响了。我穿好衣服，下楼。前台没人，其他客人都在楼里闲逛。警报响了足足20分钟，消防车没来，也没有任何广播，就这么自己响了。那天晚上我一直提心吊胆，不知道这栋楼里睡觉是否安全。肯定有更好的办法。
一切都非常完美。我和妻子与女儿一家四口（包括3岁和5岁的孩子）入住了一间宽敞的双人房，房间里有两张大床。所以，一共是6个大人和3个小孩。大家都很享受在这家比较新的酒店度过的两晚。员工服务周到，房间干净整洁。
房间和酒店都很干净、现代，非常漂亮。要是能有个热水浴缸就更好了。另外，早餐时没找到普通牛奶和2%的牛奶。找酒店有点费劲，GPS好像不太准🤔
酒店和房间都非常干净崭新。健身房设施齐全，也很干净。早餐和咖啡热气腾腾，新鲜美味。我们非常享受这次住宿。
酒店很不错。早餐服务员不太热情，通常他们至少会说声“早上好”。入住和退房都很顺利。
