Partial sea view room. Value for money is very low since room size and bathroom size is very small. Taj instead is a way better property. There were 2 buildings so breakfast was across the road walk everyday. Very uncomfortable. Further, on the day of check out they call me at 9.45am and ask to check out at 10 even though the published check out is at 12 and they didn’t even inform at check in if the published time was wrong. Sad experience.

First when I visited there . I asked for sea facing room . They said it not I have selected. Then second he told you can get garden view room . Then they gave me a room with wall view at ground floor, which doesn’t have garden view at all. I asked why this room given in place of garden view. They said all rooms are full. Then yelling on them for 10 mins they agreed to provide me garden view. Such false information these guys have given .

This property does not see the comfort table of guests,,I am booking sea view,they just give a sea view,which window does not open,,also the swimming pull available at other building which the property not described

We had a great experience at fortune hotel, puri. Loved the ambiance, hospitality. Pool was so clean and well maintained. In breakfast the south indian items weren’t great. Scope for improvement. Overall, made nice memories :-)

Room was very tastefully done. The room had a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread had a lot of variety and tasteful. Ala carte dinner at Zodiac was also excellent. Sandhya aarati and the Gotipua dance performance were a delight . A most enjoyable 2 night stay. Highly recommend.

The location of hotel is very good , the quality of food very nice , quiet fresh and healthy food , the staff is very cordial and helpful , serving the evening tea and snacks is the unique feature of the hotel after sea Pooja , never experienced before , one important point is , you need to beautify the main entrance before entering the reception area , it is not so convenient . Thanks

Location is good but services, cleanliness, food court is not up to the mark.
They are costing high.
I already paid amount for sea view room and extra paid for kid stay as he is 12 years old but still during checkin they refused to give sea facing room and i paid 2500 n taxes extra chages to get sea facing room
Their room service is too slow and also no one is focusing on room cleanliness
Food court is very small and was not getting place to sit
