尊享的房间是临街最近的所以会很吵,直接定中间的无烟房就可以,我不太能理解的就是吸烟房反而是最安静的,但是里面的味道很大而且卫生不咋行。总的来说作为一晚中转的酒店还算不错了。服务很不错,我换了三次房,前台很有耐心的在沟通协调。
这个酒店是很不错,前台英文水平也不错,也有早餐吃,离机场也很近!由于航班的原因,我续了几个小时,他们也没有黑心要钱,很正规的!
房间确实是像国内全季酒店可以洗洗衣服转机是非常好滴选择,机场免费接送小哥服务太棒啦早晨有咖啡有热汤面!
避雷!机场接机要收费,酒店服务很差,早饭难吃,巨坑!
作为机场中转酒店,原本以为酒店的接送机都是免费的,但当我联络酒店要接机的时候,却被告知接机不是免费的,只有送机免费。我表示疑惑,因为其他住客点评+携程AI点评总结都说接送机是免费的。然后酒店方主动说抱歉给我造成疑惑,给我免费的接机(图二)。
结果办理入住的时候,前台告知我,他们同事弄错了,接机就是得收费。我说你们犯的错误,要客人来买单?拒绝付。然后前台说,你接机不付的话,送机付一下钱。我强硬地拒付一分钱,前台才不高兴地把房卡给我。
回到房后,我联系酒店预订第二天的10点送机。结果告诉我9点、10点、11点三个时间段的送机都满了,只能我自己打车去。我马上火上来,说要联系携程投诉。看我生气了,马上又改口说有客人取消送机了,10点送机有多的位置给我。第二天送机的时候,我特地留意了有几个人去机场,结果10点送机的就我一个人(图三)!明显就是前台在演戏,想让我付钱,这种拙劣演技还想骗聪明的中国人嘛?
投诉给携程后,我要求酒店经理给我道歉。我确实收到了道歉,经理还说下次来的时候,给我送点什么东西或者优惠,我直接说不会有下次。如果真的要给优惠以表歉意,为什么不是当下就给我呢?
作为机场中转酒店,接送机不免费,谁来住你啊?若不是为了中转,谁会特地跑来机场边住你酒店?你怎么和机场其他酒店竞争啊?不知道老板怎么想的。酒店的环境装修确实还不错,但早饭很敷衍,跟服务一样敷衍,吃了一口就不想吃了。最后也感谢携程帮忙处理。
总结:大家避雷吧,我当时也是看好评多才选的这家,结果大失所望!
很赞的一个酒店,距离机场非常近,房间很现代 干净卫生,服务人员也很热情。房间设施很方便,尤其是插座完全不用转换器,非常方便。
很棒的酒店!我在这里住了一晚,因为要转机。宽敞舒适的房间让我惊喜,设施一应俱全。虽然包含早餐,但因为一大早就要退房,所以没来得及吃。前台的工作人员非常礼貌和热情。
一家非常适合转机的酒店,酒店有接送机服务,可以添加微信或Whats提前预约,接机在West Lobby等候,送机是免费的。在这里打车外出还算方便,如果有时间的推荐可以打车去Pik逛逛。房间是标准的连锁酒店,设施较新,干净整洁。
一如既往的舒服,比较中国风。性价比是机场附近最高的酒店。每次到印尼第一站基本上都选这家,入住人员华人较多。 茶叶蛋很好吃。
服务周到,可以添加微信提供接送机服务,我们大概是凌晨2点多抵达的,过关很顺利,出机场右拐走到West lobby就直接看到了接我们的司机,离机场只有十多分钟路程。对标水平大概是国内全季的水准吧,住起来十分舒服,洗漱用品很全,质量也都是挺不错的,下次来雅加达转机还会选择住在这里
