OMG,beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and great location. I was so happy with my room and the great view of the water. I had a king size bed studio with two TVs, a sitting area etc. All the staff ( front desk, bar and restaurant) was extensively polite and courteous. The hotel is very up to date. The super plus was there is a Starbucks attached to the hotel. I was so HAPPY.

This hotel is a gem! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the valet (Sid H.), we knew our choice of hotel was a winner. In addition to being in a great location, it’s beautifully decorated AND has a Starbucks in the lobby. Our room offered a complimentary “made to order” breakfast at the on-site restaurant and a nightly evening reception. There is also a stunning entertainment area on the 2nd floor of the hotel which looks out over the beach and the Gulf. It has a lovely pool, fire pit area, bar, tables/chairs, sofas, a stage for live entertainment and a huge television to watch your favorite teams play. You won’t be disappointed!

We stayed at Embassy Suites Gulf Shores for my son’s soccer tournament, and the experience was awful. At 12:39 a.m., my family had to change rooms due to a broken toilet handle and a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower rod — clear signs the room hadn’t been cleaned. Before moving, we asked Charles to please check the new room to make sure it was clean, and he assured us it was. When we got there, there was a large pile of hair near the shower. Charles and Makayla were both dismissive and uncaring throughout the situation, and there was no manager on site to help. This entire experience was unacceptable, especially from a Hilton property. We won’t be returning to Embassy Suites.

Beautifully decorated hotel…corner suite was had breathtaking ocean views. Rooms need drawers, closets insufficient for all clothing storage. Water pressure very weak on seventh floor, also took an enormous amount of time for water temperature in the shower to reach warm. The breakfast service and food were outstanding. Lauri & Sandra were extremely professional and helpful! Charles at the front desk the perfect person to be an ambassador of the hotel. All employees were friendly and accommodating. No problem with paid parking, that is customary. Huge problem with valet. I want to get my car out when I need, extremely inconvenient to wait for valet. Plus the additional cost of tipping. Evening reception is nice, drinks are good. Reception snacks are very disappointing and they run out quickly. The hotel is very lovely and clean.

Microwave in suite doesn’t rotate, door won’t open. No drawers so have to live out of suitcase. One out of 3 days maid service so no fresh towels or toilet paper refills. Breakfast service and valet were good, but that was it. I asked for a Tom Collin’s at the evening reception and was told ‘we don’t make those.’ Changed order to gin, sour mix and splash of soda (tom Collin’s recipe) and got it. Friend had to do the same for old fashioned. Basically untrained bartenders. Disappointed at the training and service at this hotel. Curb the prices until you train staff.

The breakfast was fantastic. The happy hour was nice. The bar/restaurant on the second floor was fun! We had the fried shrimp and they were great! The curly French fries were yummy too. They also serve dinner in the dining room. The menu looked enticing. The staff were personable and pleasant. The view is gorgeous and our room with balcony was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Oh-they also have a Starbucks too.

The hotel is nice, but Nick and Gen (at the front desk) and Laurie (at breakfast service) deliver the magic. So helpful and accommodating and lovely. These three are gems and should be paid well!

Beautiful views! The Embassy Suites is located across the street from Gulf Shores public beach access with beautifully manicured grass areas , sidewalks, benches, facilities, then the white, sandy beach, and then the gulf. For those who are familiar to the area, it is next to Souvenir City, across the street from Surf Style, and diagonal from the Hangout at the center of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You can ride the included bikes to area restaurants, or walk. Our favorite place to get shrimp is at Gulf Shores Seafood market, but it’s closed during the month of December. At this hotel, we enjoyed the s’mores for the fire pit, the outdoor heated pool on the second floor overlooking the Gulf, and riding bikes downtown. We also enjoyed the nightly 5 PM cocktail hour and snacks. The lobby was gorgeous, and the breakfast was delicious, and well stocked with kind staff and great food. Our room was deluxe queens, complete with two televisions, completely separate room for sleeping and living areas along with safe, microwave, refrigerator, two separate sinks. It was very quiet, and well built. I really liked our closet space which was ventilated with automatic light. The couch was comfortable enough to sleep on and spacious. Fresh calm decor throughout. Even though it didn’t have a Gulf view, it was nice to be able to see towards the other beachside businesses and homes towards the inland area. We did not take advantage of the two included beach chairs that were also available. My cautions would be to make sure you only pay for valet parking once. Depending on if you pay ahead at booking, or the company, just make sure you only pay once. During downtime, you may be able to find roadside parking and skip the almost $25-$30 parking fee per night. Also, it’s very confusing to figure out how to get into the hotel with rolling luggage/handicap access, so allow extra time for entering and exiting the hotel and maybe ask for directions, because you’re not the only one who cannot figure out the best way in! I’ll turn it down and turn it off

This hotel is situated in an excellent location, with the beach just across the street. Valet parking is available for $30, and the public parking room is clean and comfortable, with a separation between the sitting room and the bad room. The balcony offers a stunning view of the beach, complete with a heated pool and an ice ring for the children (a thoughtful addition). The hotel also boasts a nice gym and complimentary breakfast, featuring freshly-made omelettes.11/30/25
