The area across the street on South Congress was an eyesore. Traffic was loud and audible in room. Should put in a wall or something. The air conditioner was also loud. Very clean facility. They really need filtered water on each floor by ice machine. Great breakfasts and kitchenettes even in standard room. If you book a room, try to get one on the Eastside facing the freeway. Oh, friendly staff. Lots of parking and right beside good restaurants.

I came here for a concert that was held across the street. It was a fantastic stay. Within walking distance, there were numerous eateries, with P. Terry's being a favorite among them, a burger place. There's a supermarket close by. Walmart is a little further away, but you can still walk there.
The room was spotless. The bathroom had pumps for shower gel,shampoo and conditioner. many towels, hairdryer ,and a glaas door for the shower. Water pressure was great.
The room had a huge fridge along with a mini kitchen. It also had a place for clothes , a spot for your luggage and a lot of counter space. Numerous plug ins to charge your electronics and even a cordless charging station! The shades kept it dark if you keep them down. The TV has all kinds of accessibilities to your favorite apps.
The pool was great , with a spot adjacent to just hang or grill. It was quiet the entire time I was there.
The staff was ALWAYS pleasant. The breakfast had everything you needed. The gym had everything you needed to have a great session. They had a lobby where you could hang. I've been at places triple the price that weren't half as good. The festival concert will be at the same venue next year. There is NO other place I need to stay than here. Great experience.

The blackout curtain worked! So many times, I’m not ready to get up with the sun. But this blackout curtain/blind is top notch for keeping my room dark until I’M ready to wake up. Good job! 👍
