The room was clean, however the air conditioner did not cool. When I told the front desk personnel that no one slept and it was hot, she didn’t even apologize and just said thank you for letting her know.

This hotel is amazing. Every member of staff that I came into contact with was respectful and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was consistent so I was able to get work done. Parking is easy. All in all you could not ask for more.

我经常出差，个人来说，我其实挺讨厌酒店的。但这家酒店是少数几家让我感到放松并完全享受其中的。非常干净，我住得很开心，未来十二周出差我肯定还会选择这里。
我不想记错她的名字，但我们办理入住时接待我们的那位女士真是太棒了！非常友好热情，而且很细心周到。她的名字以K开头！早上值班的工作人员也很棒！退房和吃早餐时，他们都热情地跟我打招呼。我们下次还会入住！
你们最好检查一下215房间的空调。它时不时会发出很大的噪音。
这家酒店显然是新建的舒适型酒店和套房。它基本上就是一家装腔作势的酒店，装得像个套房酒店。房间门离地面几乎只有两英寸，走廊里的任何动静都能听见。我入住期间，房间一直没有打扫/服务。热水浴缸坏了，有一天我刚下班，水就断了6个小时。这家酒店需要一些细心的呵护，或者换个运营方案，才能成为一家更舒适的酒店。
房间地板上有蟑螂。员工进入房间后，个人物品丢失。除我之外，其他人无法进入房间。前台人员需要接受客户服务方面的培训。
