The Gemma Homes were the perfect getaway space for our family and friends looking to relax together, beachside style. The homes were beautifully designed, interior and exterior alike. The kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms were fully stacked with all items necessary, making us feel like we were at home and at ease. The pools and hot tubs were spotless and were an amazing addition to the outdoor landscape. The location was ideal, being both close to the water and to nearby downtown destinations. We will most definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this luxury three-story townhome in Clearwater Beach! It was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with its own private pool and hot tub, such a treat. The location was perfect as it was steps away from the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend!
