Tipton is so very fortunate to have such caring owners of a beautiful and clean hotel. Out 2 night stay beat our 4 other hotels we stayed in only thinking it wise to stay in the area of those we visited. Wrong--should have stayed the entire week in Tipton as we only slept well there-it would have been worth it to drive daily to visit and come back and be able to relax and appreciate the perfect room we were given! We learned our lesson and will only stay in Tipton next visit.

This motel was so cozy and homey that I wanted to stay another night. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and had all the amenities to keep me from being homesick. I felt comfortable and safe and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Motel Tipton!

Everything within the control of the owner/manager was perfect. Location is a bit remote and the convenience store across the street closes VERY early but that is not the Motel's problem. Very clean and the owner couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Will stay again for a Hawkeye football game weekend.

My wife and I have stayed in a number of motels, only three have been truly handicap friendly in our opinion. This was one of them. The room was spotless, the lady who took care of us excellent, and the room was truly accessible. That means the height of the bed, the style of the shower and equipping of it, and the space around the furnishings.

Quaint lil motel, clean, tv channels ****** lol, was awakened few times in night from people upstairs... But, all in all, was nice place to stay would def satu again if and when in the area
