My wife booked a beautiful surprise stay for my birthday on 13th March paid in full and received confirmation. We arrived, and boom they said it's “overbooked,” no room, no shame. The receptionist was rude, arrogant, and unapologetic. They destroyed a heartfelt surprise and turned a special day into a nightmare. Total scam. Disgusting service. This hotel has no integrity and deserves to be blacklisted....avoid at all costs
