酒店回复: Dear Anonymous guest,sorry but you definitely are reviewing the wrong hotel, we do not have any Pirno suite and we certainly not try to take advantage of our guests. I find your words insulting towards our staff and our name, our hotel is brand new and if you say that it is shabby once again you slept somewhere else. 补一张大厅照片，住了两晚。服务很好，房间宽敞干净，唯一的小不足是空调太足了，在房间休息要关空调。下次来米兰还会选择这里。
酒店挺好的，就是在预定之前产生了一点风波。我不能理解六千多的酒店竟然是不含早的，使得我根本没有仔细再留意就直接定了。沟通也无果，前台付款好麻烦。
酒店有一定的你设计感，比较新。但是有比较明显的不好：第一，没有有被套，被子里、外分别一床单，可是被子的面料很滑，一个晚上三层乱串。有一次拿来的床单有明显污渍，幸好当场看见，让服务员换了。第二，周六、日到达，没有洗衣服务？！第三，我们住的房型，屋里墙上挂着电视，正好从床上下来挡路。
很差很差…酒店非常破，国内300的全季都比这个酒店要利索，订了一万多一晚的皮尔诺套房，给我一个6千的房间说就是这一间，明明有房间非要说没有…米兰精品酒店很容易踩坑…。
我们在 Nemi 酒店的住宿体验非常棒。所有员工都非常友好和乐于助人，他们确保我们所需的一切都得到满足。房间宽敞、干净、新颖，而且空调非常给力（这对我来说超级重要！）。下次肯定还会再选择这里！
Sara和她的团队提供了很棒的服务！我们非常享受在新开业的Nemi酒店的住宿体验。房间很棒，干净舒适。酒店位置很好，步行15-20分钟即可到达热门品牌精品店，离大教堂则稍微远一些。强烈推荐入住这里。
除了WiFi 经常断网， 其他各方面都蛮好的
给的房型不是很好 但是房间的品质还是五星水平 餐厅不错
