Rm was filthy, sheets hadn't been chgd, lots of shedded skin on the sheets, shower didnt wk, ring around the bath tub, gnats n rm, rm shade tattered & u cud c inside the rm if shade wasn't pushed bk n2 the window.
Toilet felt like it was coming out the wall when u sat on it.
Htl shud b dhut down until improvements r made.
Msg Decho came 2 the rm & witnessed the problems. The other nt agt who was there on Thur nt when we ckd n, came & saw the shedded skin on the sheets n my bed. I saw the filty as soon as I rolled the top sheet bk. I then 📞 front & the agt came & chg the linen

The stairs for the property are dangerous and are rusty metal very slippery when wet if you get a room on the second story

My daughters and went to Georgia to see family. I booked this hotel through *******. The process was fast and easy. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was fast and easy. The problem was the room. It was dirty with and had several items from the last guest. There was food in the mini-fridge, money (change) on the table, something green smeared on the wall by the bed, and underwear left in the bathroom. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk who quickly came to inspect the room and "pick" off the green smear on the wall. We decided not to stay. I contacted *******. ******* staff confirmed my issues and immediately refunded my money. Thanks *******. My tip is to always check the room and report all issues immediately.

Terrible experience!
I had to clean the bathtub, “hair” in it…
The was stuck room #120
The front desk check in was poor in service.
But the check out front desk guy was not only poor but terrible and rude yielding at me in front of my kids because the breakfast was 20 minutes later. I asked him to help us (every thing was in place) because we had to be in the ball park in 20 minutes. I understand politics but I understand great service too, and to yield in front of my kids, that was something else!!.

When i got into the room the floors were so dirty that my shoes were sticking to the floor and at 11pm one night my phone in the room went off and shortly after i had banging on my door that woke my kids up. Made us feel very unsafe. Will never go there again.

Understaffed. Had to wait for the room to be cleaned at 10pm. When we came in there it stack like bleach. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet was dirty. Breakfast was very mediocre.

We were exhausted after 8 hours of driving checked in fast guy at register was friendly room was clean n cozy check our was easy

The place was decent we had room 208 the tv didn't work and neither did the heater. The beds were nice room was ok.
