We had a restful stay. We arrived late and we're greeted by a friend evening clerk. The breakfast was hot and satisfying. Parking wasn't a problem. The only thing I didn't know what to do with my key card when I left. I waited, but nobody came to the counter.

Had the opportunity to stay at TownPlace suites on a recent trip. Location is convenient just off Hwy US 80. Location is very new just opened in the past year, large comfortable rooms, kitchenette with 2 burner electric cooktop, full size refrigerator, cooking utensils and dishware. Complimentary free parking and free breakfast with the usual fare, waffle maker, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, etc. There several locations for eating and also a Kroger on the other side of the highway for extended stays.

Let me first say, almost gave this 3 stars, only because of some unacceptable, type of customer service issues, that had happen, but, someone the next morning relayed, they would get that situated. Now, that is out of the way, the location is a good location, not right in front of the freeway, some might like that, but, its still off the frontage road, easy access, the building is still newly and things will get evened out, it was quiet where I had the room at, it looks like they have EV stations, for some that might be looking for that, I would call the hotel to recheck to make sure, it is ready for recharging on that. decent size meeting conference room, for personnel that is important to, the kitchen area, you basically, have what you overall need, a counter top type cooking area, nice size refrigerator, cooking items and even there was a roll of paper towelness, which, how many places, you are not going to see that. The bedroom was comfy and kitchen was nice and cleanness.

This is a new property in Forney on the eastbound side of the highway. Of you’re coming from the west, this is easy to get to. If you’re coming from the west, it’s a convoluted series of back roads to get here. Most of the Forney retail is on the opposite of the highway so plan accordingly. New so very clean.

I do wish to speak to a manager on Monday … the new hotel is so lovely and the pool area so relaxing and the location perfect .. I will be back often but I do need to speak to a manager on Monday!

Although it’s a new hotel that hasn’t been open very long, there are workmanship issues. The glass shower wall was not properly sealed to the shower pan and wall, so it leaked out under the floor. Roller latches for the closet door are too tight, making it very difficult to open and close.

Hotel was nice! Had everything in the room you could think of. The walls were a little thin though and the shower had some rust on the floors. The lady that checked us in was very nice. Her customer service was above and beyond.

The fully equipped kitchen was amazing even though our stay was short. I would choose it for a longer stay. The shower was very nice and the breakfast was fulfilling.

I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting a friend in Forney, Texas. I chose it because it was conveniently close to her home, and overall, it was a great choice. The property is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our week-long stay.
While the location isn’t particularly walkable, access to fast food, grocery stores, and restaurants was easy via Uber, so getting around wasn't a problem.
That said, there were a couple of downsides. I requested toilet paper from housekeeping and had to wait over two hours before eventually going to the front desk to get it myself. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made rinsing off quite frustrating.
Despite those inconveniences, the stay was pleasant overall, and I would consider staying here again due to its location and the welcoming atmosphere.

It opened 5 days before we stayed here, so it's brand new and has the smell to prove it! Beautiful. Clean. Safe. Highly recommend! Good breakfast choices. Lots of restaurants across the highway. Staff very friendly. So nice to stay at a brand new hotel!
