The hotel was nice as most La Quintas are but the front desk workers…oh my. The lady that was helping us was so stressed by a customer in front of us asking a question I thought she was going to pass out. Odd experience

The rooms look like they had been thought it. First time we stayed this place looked brand new. . . The second time it look great. . . This last time It looked like a wreck had happened in the room. The walls were banged up and the floor was dirty, shower and bathroom were dirty. Sad to see how fast the interior took a turn.

The hotel and location were awesome, great hotel for the price. Trendy and perfect location to six flags and La cantera and all the shopping. I will say if you need assistance past 10pm no BODY is there, and the day we checked out 10/18/2025 the receptionist lady was very rude and not nice to anyone, kids and adults. Her rudeness is my only complaint, all other staff was great and I would most definitely stay there again.

Less than Average but okay enough.

Things I liked:

1. Room had a fridge-freezer and a microwave! So reheating leftovers and storing them were easy

2. Establishment uses Dove products for shampoo, conditioner and body wash (in my favorite scent too!)

3. Location is great as it’s right next to the RIM and Lifetime. So walking was the best option

4. Pricing was reasonable and fair. You get what you pay for

5. Newer establishment the time of our visit

Staff was friendly but nothing to write home about. One thing I will say about the system is that we did a pre check in but the front desk saying it doesn’t work…. Then why continue to have the option there if it doesn’t work?

Cleanliness of the room was honestly bordering poor to average. There were unknown splatters by the toilet, the carpet made my feet dirty (so I put on socks), the bathroom door stop was broken, the bed was okay in comfort, but what really shocked us were the pillows being square… so they weren’t comfortable to sleep on.

The room above us were having some party so you can hear between the floors and walls. It was really disturbing our sleep, so the experience wasn’t great there. We were also leaving the next day anyway, so we didn’t bother about the noise. But wanted to note on how you can basically hear everything.

The breakfast was average. The typical type of breakfast you see in the Texas inn’s like the Texas waffles, some instant oatmeal, eggs, and cereal.

Seems like a new hotel but rooms are not cleaned well. I even called the front desk to request cleaning of our room. Dirty sheets were left in the room. The floor was left untouched, trash was not emptied. They don't care much for hygiene in the rooms at this place.
