I recently stayed at *Treebo River View*, booked via the Treebo app and paid ₹5,000 for a single room. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and not at all worth the price. While the room size was decent and the view outside was nice, the overall maintenance and cleanliness were very poor. The room was not properly cleaned, and the window couldn’t be closed fully, which affected both comfort and safety. The bathroom was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. Despite requesting a room freshener, the staff did not provide one, and I had to use my own perfume to mask the smell. The towels were smelling and had looks like not washed properly. There is only BSNL network, the WIFI which hotel provided was also not working The outside area near the steps had open spaces that seemed dangerous, especially for children. Paint was peeling off in several places, giving the hotel a very neglected look. Additionally, there was no option for lunch or dinner at the hotel or nearby, which added to the inconvenience. As someone who frequently chooses Treebo for reliable quality, this stay was far below expectations and not up to the Treebo standard. It has made me reconsider my preference for the brand in the future.
