Check-in process was smooth. People at front desk was supportive and friendly.
Room was neat and clean. Though size wise it looks small but whatever required for comfortable stay was there. Room AC waa working fine. Room equipped with 2 water bottles, coffee/team making, required toiletry. Everyday Room was cleaned neat and clean.
Room service was satisfactory. During my 4 days stay, I ordered food for dinner in room. Food taste was good. Room service was fast.
Breakfast is served at floor-6 from 8am to 10am. Breakfast area was found neat and clean. Though breakfast spread was limited but it included whatever is required. Breakfast food quality was good. This area is governed by Ladies who were very supportive and excellent. I will say they were excellent.
Checkout process was smooth. I asked for GST invoice and they were able to manage within no time.
The only limitation i can see is location. It is located in Sitaburdi which is market place so for business travellers it might find crowdy to reach. In the morning, there was no crowd. I have vehicle to drop so not issue for me but some business travellers may not like it.
i will say excellent experience. I will recommend this hotel for business travellers if they are looking stay option in Nagpur. Thanks for hospitality.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel – maja aa gaya! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the complimentary chai – a perfect, comforting touch that truly made me feel at home.
And let’s talk about the food – Tari Poha was absolutely awesome. Bursting with flavor and served piping hot, it was the perfect start to the day. Clearly, the kitchen knows how to win hearts with authentic, flavorful dishes.
The ambiance was relaxed, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly. A must-visit place if you’re in the area – and yes, don’t forget the chai before you leave – chai pi ke jaana!
