The administrative staff was friendly but not professionally dressed at all. There's an area behind the extended stay at the edge of the parking area where people loiter which I didn't care for. I constantly heard noise on the ceiling sounding like a kid running back and forth and I often heard kids or adults talking. My stay was not a quiet one. There was also a day where the fire alarms went off two to three times which interrupted my work since I work remotely and I'm required to have a quiet work space. Don't use the canteen machine because it will take your money. It was okay but I wouldn't stay here again unless I just have to.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. The dogs barking, the chairs scraping across the floor, the walls, and loud music at 3:00 am was the reason for the low rating. Would not stay here again.

One night visit

The hotel itself seemed to be recently built and was clean and in a fairly good location near many restaurants and shopping. However, it appeared that a number of people live there on a permanent basis. Every time we came in and out of the hotel, common areas smelled strongly of *********. They also did not provide breakfast. The rooms were clean and seemed well kept.

Hotel was clean as I liked, but hours for services should be extended a bit.

I reported on Friday around 1pm that my bathroom sink did not have any hot water, then when I checked the status of the work order, I was told there was nothing that can be done until Monday because maintenance has left for the wknd. This is not very good customer service.

Very dirty and loud. Your tired and have to wait for front desk to even let you in the door. They charged my card at checkout by mistake for the deposit instead of refunding it and it’s been impossible to get this corrected.

We had a good stay at the property. It was very clean and quiet the staff was friendly. I am not sure if they served breakfast as they did not mention it they did not have coffee in the room or a hair dryer.
