Canopy has such a fun, hip vibe, stylish, energetic, and perfectly located. The atmosphere felt modern and welcoming without trying too hard, which made the whole stay feel effortless and cool. B was absolutely amazing…. so kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. Great food recommendations. You can tell she truly cares about the guest experience and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. Between the vibe of the hotel and the incredible hospitality, this place really stands out. I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved my stay at the Canopy by Hilton Nashville – The Gulch. The hotel has a cool, modern vibe and everything was super clean and comfortable. The room was great, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable after long days exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect — tons of restaurants and shops nearby and close to downtown. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!!! We both had the City View Suites. One on the 7th floor, and one in the 3rd floor! Everything was clean, room service was quick, the concierge’s were the best Devine customer service, Gita, Mika, & Emma! All the valet guys were always prompt, professional, courteous, so very helpful with everything. The Hotel is in an upscale neighborhood. From the restaurant in the hotel, to the surrounding restaurants were amazing . You will not be dissatisfied with the Canopy Nashville Downtown The Gulch! ❤️

spend my Christmas with my family and stayed at the canopy and it was amazing and beautiful Ms. Beatriz was an amazing person came out and introduced herself told us a little bit about the amazing property i would defiantly recommend and stay here again

The location was easy to find and from valet (Mo and Alex) to checking in was great! The lobby smelt amazing! Once checked into my room I was happily surprised the size of the room! I would say the only down fall was no mini frig in the room and no microwave so I didn’t bring any leftovers from dinners! *special note: Arris is the definition of white glove customer service!! Please make him employee of the month! When I got in for the night on Friday and complemented again how great the lobby smelt, Arris informed me that it was a candle that they sell. He couldn’t locate any nearby but, told me he call me with more info! And he did!! He informed me that there’s a few left in the GM office but would like the morning shift know to pull 2 aside for me to purchased! Arris needs to train any new hires because he was professional, kind and amazing at his job!* I love that the hotel was very clean and offered Complementary water bottles that’s re-fillable! I didn’t make it to the bar but, I ordered a delicious Spanish latte and multigrain croissant From 8th and Roast Coffee Bar and it was 12/10. If I ever return to Nash, I would 100% still here again! Note to management: please sell your candle online! I’d buy 3 more!

Me and my friends had a really good time and the hotel was at a great location the silo burger was great. The manager I think her name was B was great. greeted me with a smile.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. My fiancé and I loved the vibe. Music is amazing. Food and drinks are very good quality. B at the front desk is amazing, she checked us in a gave us a small tour. I mentioned that is was my birthday and she had a beautiful gift sent up. That was so special to me. This hotel has treated us better than any place we have been. The fitness center was beautiful. Will be back soon.

The food, the location were phenomenal. I returned with friends to enjoy the city after my last visit. We loved visiting Broadway and loved it being close to the hotel. The staff was great and loved seeing some of the faces I saw last time I was here, especially B with her awesome personality.

I'm leaving this review to express just how impressed I was with Harris at the front desk. My wife and I have traveled all over the world - stayed at many great hotels and this is certainly a great hotel!! But the level of service, genuine friendliness and concern for our well-being that we received from Harris at the front desk, was beyond outstanding. He left such a positive impression on us that it prompted me to take the time to write this review, which I almost never do.
