I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient.The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

Good welcome and comfortable room
Good welcome and comfortable room. Did not like the frosted glass on windows which spoilt any view we could have had. Good breakfast but would have liked some mixed fruit salad or grapefruit.

Obviously an Ex Premier Inn ! but costs more and the food now smaller, overall unhappy with both diner and breakfast. Especially with the small rock in the hash brown that nearly broke a tooth.

海湾的景色非常漂亮，但是……工作人员很粗鲁，房间里满是灰尘，浴室里也长了霉。电视遥控器坏了，电视信号基本没法用。考虑到这个价格，我们期望工作人员的服务质量和尊重程度能更高一些。
晚餐我们等了半个小时才点餐，又等了一个小时才上菜。等到终于拿到餐食时，很明显食物已经放了很久了，肉和肉汁都干了。投诉之后，经理把这笔钱从我们的账单里划掉了。妻子和女儿这时都很生气。
很棒，下次还会选择入住。
入住办理快捷方便。地理位置优越。房间干净整洁，设施齐全，包括毛巾、吹风机、沐浴露、洗发水等等。员工热情友好。早餐包含在房费内，是欧陆式早餐，之后友好的工作人员会帮您点餐。
第一印象——停车场贴满了PCN的威胁。我想要的是欢迎，而不是警告。
酒店没有电梯，如果你腿脚不稳，那就麻烦了。
如果你被分配到2号房间，请注意。除非你用梯子，否则看不到任何风景。窗户离地面大约七英尺高，都是磨砂的，以免你对外面的垃圾桶感到不安。感觉就像在牢房里一样。
客房内的娱乐设施不包括广播——或者任何BBC频道。当你上床睡觉以克服这种失望时，你会发现羽绒被轻得像羽毛一样，你每晚都会从床上走下来好几次。避免——避免——避免
