The coffee was good, better than average. Breakfast was very good. Air conditioning worked very well. Everything about this place was well kept.

Clean rooms. Well kept. Bathroom clean. Bed excellent. Linens comfy. Breakfast was typical continental. Nothing spectacular but does the trick. They were nice to have prepacked muffin, granola bar, and apple juice when going to balloon festival- much appreciated and a nice gesture. Would stay here again!

This is a great place to stay! Very clean and organised. Breakfast was GREAT! The check in was fast and easy, especially with the help of BROOKE ! She was just wonderful. So cheerful and professional and got us a great pet friendly room. Thank you very much

Great hotel with clean rooms, comfy beds and great breakfast. Only issue was the water tasted horrible so you might want to have some bottled water for drinking.

This stay was one of the best hotels and stays we've had in a while. From the super friendly staff, very clean hotel and really nice rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

They could do better
When we arrived we were told the elevator would be out of service during check out hours. They had no rooms left on 1st floor and they had to put us third floor. They only had one elevator for the entire hotel. The shower was gross - I didn’t even take a shower.

Don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper… the noise from other floors will keep you awake

This is our go-to place to stay when I fly back to visit my family. It's clean, taken care of, and the accessible accommodations are perfect. I really love that the A/C isn't loud and clanky like most hotels.
I will continue to stay here.

The front desk staff is friendly and professional. The room is spacious and barhroom had great accessibility for a senior with balance issues.
