1) Problem with electricity 2) Plumbing problem 3) Flush Problem 4) Water Problem 5) Mosquito 6) Cleanliness 7) Spider and Insects inside room 8) AC Problem 9) Mutton Biryani 10) Our Odc was waiting due to delay in food supply. 11) Delay in service 12) Breakfast always delay 13) Mr. Manmeet was playing at the Dinner Party. 14) Room Service Problem 15) Ala Car te service is very late 16) Wifi Speed complaint as guest are from Out of India they didn’t have Internet 17) From 14th we didn’t get on pool due to Pool was not cleaned. The dinning area was smelling so bad that we couldn’t eat our lunch and dinner properly , there kitchen drainage line is leakages. Pls check before you book the property And the most important the resort staff and the GM Mr Alam was so rude arrogant and definitely not belong to the hospitality as it can be seen from his behaviour. We would request the property owner not to have such staff , they will definitely spoil you resort and business.

Had a wonderful stay at Sterling Orient Woods, Pench. The property is in close proximity to Khursapar Gate, which is very convenient. Service was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in. The food was very good, rooms were huge, clean, and comfortable, and the property is extremely well maintained. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay near Pench. Special thanks to front office team' Ankur Sharma nd Shivam it's so helpful person food was delicious thanks to anil.

We had a wonderful stay at Sterling Orient Woods, and every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. The property is very well maintained, with a calm and welcoming vibe that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a close-to-premium experience. The restaurant food was absolutely amazing—rich, authentic Indian flavours prepared using local herbs by chefs with strong local expertise. Every meal felt fresh, flavourful, and truly memorable. The service was exceptional. Each and every staff member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely warm. A special mention to the property manager, Mr. Aftab, who paid great personal attention to us as well as other families, ensuring everyone felt well cared for throughout their stay. His hospitality truly stands out. Overall, it was a delightful experience with excellent food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-centric stay with a premium touch.

Two days out with family were great at sterling orient woods. The property is great for relaxation, food is yummy, the staff was very helpful right from when we booked. We were in touch with tushar, he helped us with coordinating our stay and made sure we were happy. The hotel manager as well helped us with where to spot certain wild animals, some trails etc.
