The facility is not locked. The sinks and tub where dirty like they had a backup. We were very excited about the pergola restaurant and it was not open period. We didn't feel safe.

It was ok. I was in the area because of my truck breaking down. This location was convenient and recommended by the repair shop. It serve it’s purpose.

Remodeled rooms but room hadnt been cleaned for 2 weeks. We had a party to get ready for and beds were unmade, toilet dirty, trash in cans. Gave us a room to prepare yet it too was dirty. Didnt get a refund or discount. Property so overgrown with weeds. Terrible shape. If cleaned up and paid attention to cleanliness would be ok.

I stayed at here for 3 days. I started in #1033. It was decent size, clean until we did the walk through. There was a water bug in the shower and a roach crawling up the bathroom wall. The final straw was, walking out the bathroom a pregnant roach was crwaling in the kitchen area. My fiancé and i were fed up. We called the front desk and the lady/cleaning lady..... was very accommodating with switching rooms, apologies and complimentary breakfast coupons, which we never used. We were in the G building way in the back which was kind of scary if you were alone.. The kitchenette are had no kitchen supplies besides plastic cups for coffee. I was glad i brought my own dishes, pots/pans and silverware .Had to buy dish soap to keep kitchen area clean.
We did enjoy there bed, we had a" king suite" it was soft and the pillows were amazing. The air conditioning was great. Refrigerator kept everything cold and fresh. Overall, we got rest peacefully and alone time so we were good. The property has potential with improvements starting with spraying the units for bugs, who wants to pay over $300 for 3 days with bugs?
