Rooms were not cleaned every day and when they were "cleaned" beds were not made.

We reserved a 1 bedroom suite through *******. When we checked in and went up to our room, we had a king studio suite. We went back down and explained what we were expecting due to sharing with our daughter and wanting some privacy. The AMAZING staff understood the situation and checked to see if they had what we had reserved available as it was a rodeo, ren faire and homecoming weekend. Luckily they did and they quickly switched it with no extra cost to us as we had used my credit card rewards for our room. Overall, it was amazing and would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Nice newer hotel. Some of the glasses were dirty but we did find clean ones. Linens were already in place on the pull out sofa which was kind of odd…unsure if they were fresh or not?

This 3 month old property was our choice for the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament in Mason. Half hour drive. Room was spacious and nice. Turned TV on…had sound no picture. Had to have staff come and fix it. Took a shower…no soap, shampoo or conditioner in shower wall attachments. Room doesn’t have a full length mirror. Room doesn’t have an exhaust fan in bathroom. Just air vent in ceiling that was dirty, dusty…who knows what was blowing into the room. Nice breakfast except for listening to breakfast attendant complaining about people leaving dishes on table for her to clean up and leaving no tip. Everyone should leave their dishes for clean-up. Attendant never washes and sanitizes tables. I washed my own table because there were still food stains. There are 4 or 5 electric chargers, the majority for Tesla but we did find out that had an adapter to fit our electric hybrid. After a night the car never charged. When we asked a front desk person, he said he didn’t know why, he doesn’t have an electric car. On two consecutive nights had incredible noise from room above us. Running, dropping, jumping at 1:30 AM in the morning. Asked desk to call them to quiet down. Same thing the next night and made 2 calls to front desk. This hotel obviously cut big corners on sound proofing. This reason enough to stay at Hilton across street. Cheap construction. This is a serious issue. Reviewing our bill, found $11 in incorrect charges from the hotel marketplace. Had to wait for bill to be adjusted. One day we had the DND on our door from 1:30 - 3:15 PM. When I called downstairs they told me there wasn’t anyone to clean our room after every other day cleaning. When I was reassured that my room was to be cleaned the next day I saw the room attendant the next day in the hallway outside our room and asked her to clean our room next she said she didn’t have us on the list. After asking she did clean the room. The hotel is short on staff and not very knowledgeable although most of the front desk people were nice. Free parking. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel for the next few months until they get their act together.

Fantastic Hotel
Exceptional stay. The hotel is essentially brand new. Our suite was equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and dishes, much like a condo. It was very roomy and had an additional living area with a pull out couch, which was great for our kids. Breakfast was hot everyday with various offerings of eggs, sausage, and bacon, along with a waffle maker and multiple continental options. The pool was excellent (although a hot tub would have been great 😃). Check in was at a generous 11 a.m. (vs 3 p.m. at traditional hotels) and checkout was at noon. The only drawback of our stay was the TV reception which was so poor at times it was unwatchable (streaming options worked great though). Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Clean better!
Was really excited to stay here with it being new - room was great but bathroom not cleaned. Previous guests hair was in shower still (yuck) but went to front desk to request a cleaning (front desk staff were amazing). However, next day when they were suppose to clean my bathroom, the hair still remained.
Just wanna point out - I know the hair would’ve been easy to clean up! I was super nice and understanding when bringing up to the front desk guy. However, being a paying customer I just expected a clean bathroom.

My employer booked my room. We have permission to book at the government rate, however this hotel would not honor that. This has been a trend at several Marriott hotels this year. My room check in time took about 30 minutes because they would not honor the government rate. Interactions with staff made me feel like this hotel does not want my business. I have Titanium Elite status, and will unfortunately have to start taking my business to a different hotel chain if this continues. The hotel is new and clean.
