Amazing hotel. Tomer, our concierge went above and beyond and we even had personalized water bottles waiting for us.!The staff was top notch and they really go out of their way to make you feel special. Can’t wait to visit again.

We enjoyed a drink at the hotel bar and it was delish and also had dinner - so good - high end! Food and drinks at the pool were wonderful too!
Our room was gorgeous with a view of the pools and golf course - the room was spacious and clean.
The front desk staff was great - we requested an extended check out due to a flight delay and we were able to pay for an extended time.
Everyone was friendly and we’ll be back!
It’s close to PBA university so when we come to visit we’ll be staying here again!

卫生：刚进去的时候地上有一些白色的小穴，但是跟服务员说了一下，他们也拖了一下其他的没有什么问题

不错的新酒店，但也就到此为止了。健身房很小，设备有限，代客泊车服务收费50美元，前台人员告诉我，我的情况可以免除。此外，他们宣传高尔夫和网球特权，却没有提到一轮高尔夫每人300美元，球童费每人125美元。网球每小时100美元。网站上根本没有披露任何额外费用。这显然是对设施的虚假描述，因为他们的网站上只列出了“特殊宾客特权”。我的问题在于他们没有披露事实。如果我知道这一点，我会选择其他酒店。还是选择其他地方吧，WPB或PB有很多其他选择。
度假村还行。可惜阵亡将士纪念日周末泳池人手不足，成人派对的过滤器好像也坏了。经理摩根什么都做，应该得到10000%的赞扬，因为他从毛巾到调酒，处处都帮了大忙。
房间很酷，看起来很漂亮。只是我的便利盒已经被用过了，上面还沾着之前客人的睫毛，这让我有点毛骨悚然。
我要了4个枕头，结果只送来了2个。我怀孕了，应该用。拖鞋很舒服，很舒服。
没人知道双人早餐是怎么和*****一起用的。我会培训前台和餐厅的员工。我们拿到了一张万豪旅享家卡带去餐厅，结果大家都搞糊涂了。
酒店很漂亮，房间里应有尽有。我给它四星的原因是，我们上午 11 点去餐厅吃早午餐，马上就坐了下来，但没有人来我们的桌子。当时是上午 11 点 20 分，没有人来，甚至连水都没有给我们送来。几个服务员和看起来像是管理人员的人从我们桌子旁边走过，但没有人理会我们。几分钟后我们离开了，在酒店外面吃了早餐。我们回来后，在游泳池度过了当天的剩余时间。我喜欢他们为孩子们提供泳池浮板和泳池玩具。我们在泳池边点了菜，虽然服务员很有礼貌，但我们几次要水，但一直没有收到。电梯也坏了，但这没什么大不了的，因为还有其他电梯可用。总的来说，酒店很漂亮，我们住得很愉快，员工也很友好。
