房子相对较新，但装修和装修远低于可接受的标准。淋浴喷头悬挂在天花板上，浴巾架部分固定在墙上，房间里没有浴巾，入口门的内部锁无法使用，因为锁舌与门框错位。通往室外观景台的楼梯位于露天污水坑正上方，这只是几个问题。这房子绝对不值他们收取的价格。
