这是我第1次写酒店评价,因为这个酒店实在太恶心了,但是我会先尽量客观事实,希望能对看到的人有所帮助。首先这个酒店的位置在新加坡的乡下,到底有多偏呢?乌节路到这里比到机场还远,毕竟是动物园酒店。然后这个酒店的装修就是全季风,房间不算小可能是新酒店有点味道。早餐还算好吃。然后就是服务这点我真的是受不了了。我本来是去巴厘岛了,入住了巴厘岛洲际酒店。那家酒店是一家很老的酒店,虽然客房里面有霉味,但是他们在我申请之后还是给我们退了。人家这叫人穷志不穷。然后你们酒店我订了三晚,然后和飞机有冲突 要退一晚,结果我们当天入住的那一天,那个前台说会联系 到第2天我又找了前台前台说加微信,然后一整天没理我们问了也不回 到第3天我们要走了就不演了那前台跟要吵架一样,还白我们 你要是不行的话,你第1天或者第2天商量好了告诉我们都行 这不纯纯把我们当猴子吗 一直把我们吊这耍,你们到底是什么态度?你把顾客当什么?
悦榕庄的忠实粉丝,新开的悦榕庄酒店必须去打卡体验!这家生态酒店真的有种住在大自然里的感觉,满目苍翠,鸟语花香,景色宜人!关键是离动物园非常近,晚上去逛夜间动物园真的特别方便~亲子房挺好的,虽然只有两张床,但是够我们家四个人住了,对于我们这种孩子比较大只的人来说很友好!早餐比较丰富,人也是真的很多。总之还是比较满意的,出去旅游还是需要选择连锁的大牌酒店,感觉这样比较靠谱。
家庭出游,订的雨林双床房~第3次来新加坡,这次主要为了动物园而来。酒店出行几个动物园实在太棒啦,主要行程之一的夜间动物园,玩的恋恋不舍,步行回房睡觉;去远一点的鸟公园,也可以预约了接送,非常nice
此行最难忘的回忆是万态给我们的。到的晚,给了最东侧的房间。晚上听着蛙叫走到走廊尽头还有点害怕,但是早上听着鸟们欢快的歌声和小松鼠的唏唏声,拉开窗帘,除了雨林的景观,还有水库,即将升起的朝阳把金色洒在水面,连呼吸都是绿色的味道,那一刻多希望时间静止。
早餐很丰盛,游泳池也很棒,完全值得花上大半天。离野生动物世界很近,对饮食要求不高完全都可以满足,还有一家松发。
像住在雨林里,特别棒,距离几个动物园走路10分钟左右,沿途有很多好吃的,寿司郎、松发肉骨茶都有,小朋友在动物园里吃了两顿像大食堂一样的餐厅,但是味道特别好。适合新加坡亲子游选择的一家酒店。
设施:新酒店,不论是公共区域还是客房内都非常实用有设计感,房间内有直饮水和咖啡机,两个洗手池也很方便。夜床服务会点上香薰,休息很放松,床品舒适。酒店内有儿童户外攀爬设施及露天观河景的泳池,非常棒!
环境:酒店大堂步行到动物园大约五分钟,全程有顶棚不用担心日晒雨淋,带娃家庭必冲呀!中午逛累了就能回酒店休息一下真的太需要了。动物园外面就有食街,星巴克、711、甜品店,市区排大队的松发肉骨茶这边也有,寿司郎也很推荐,不排队或排队时间很短。住这边逛动物园及吃饭都没有顾虑。
这家酒店是此次新加坡之行最喜欢的酒店,自然环境与酒店融合很好,体验新奇,带娃便利,我们只住了一晚,如果想去4-5个动物园,住两晚就很好了。
首先 不推荐 ,超级不推荐,超级超级不推荐
如果带孩子参观动物园方便,位置肯定是很方便
其次,服务真的很一般
晚餐自助让孩子去问价格,买单的时候又确认小孩子有没有优惠,说半价,买单
第二天一早听到服务员跟旁边一桌的白人说2大2小,小孩免单,立马去找服务员,确认优惠时间优惠条件,我们家全满足,但是没有给我们免小孩自助餐费用,找到了经理带了前一天晚上的票据安排了退款
虽然说退款了,体验很不好
再说下房间,又暗又小又死贵,要求换房,来回沟通再介入携程沟通,一副你爱住就住,不住拉到的气势,体验真的很不好
所以为了方便带娃逛动物园位置确实不错,大人不累小孩也舒服
其他的没有其他的了
餐厅服务真不如同价位的Ritz-Carlton。
甚至都不如稍微低一个级别的酒店!举个例子早餐想让工作人员帮忙接一杯水都不行。但前台服务一位亚裔的戴眼镜帅哥 人非常好这个星都是给他的,因为泳池标志非常不明显他亲自领我们上去介绍的泳池位置。早餐粥一股怪味,这位印度裔黄头发工作人员很冷淡让她帮忙接杯水告诉我们自己去,我不知道是对所有旅客都这样吗?还是只对我们中国人这副嘴脸?体验很差。
服务很差,总体一般,不推荐。
晚上十点check in,当时订房2晚是分开定 ,要求了平台客服备注关联订单,但前台表示不知道。到房间,发现没有水,急需水给小朋友泡奶,打遍所有电话无人接听,最后打了emergency,终于送水来了。第二天发现有接水的地方,可惜入住的时候根本没人说。
第二天,发现门卡失效,电梯刷不开。下午三点回房间,发现房间没打扫。叫了人来打扫,搞到四点小朋友才睡上午觉。回头发现,梳子给我扔了,但没提供新的,擦手巾给我扔了,但没给我新的,纸巾没补,一会儿就用完了,房间里就只有一盒纸巾。晚上想给小朋友看会儿电视,电视是坏的。真的是接二连三的无奈无语。
房间没有景观,对着停车场,不知道是携程不行还是酒店对中国人区别对待,这排没景观的房间都是中国人。在这么多中国人入住的情况下,早饭也不提供筷子。
记得刚开业的时候坏评如潮,现在评分这么高也不知道是不是刷出来的。
