Very bad response and specially mr umesh . Who is booking representative. He was so rude . Request to resort plz note . Such a fraud represetative . Got out safari booked at double pricing . Mislead and charged double the rate and when we said want to cancel the hotel was total disagree. Total fraud with us and our 13k got struck. Now we are constinous calling him for total refund but no one responding . So advise plz be carefull while making bookings .

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very spacious rooms.Good Amenities need to improve the product qualities like Duvet, towels bedsheet etc. The staff of the resort is very courteous and friendly. Name of few Rajindra, Jitendra , neha and restaurant trainee Dheeraj. I wish them Best of luck for their upcoming and bright future.

We had visited with family and booked river side rooms ( two) with triple sharing. However, the rooms given were tooooo small that after keeping third bedding there was space left for movement and even opening the door of room. going with family we go with prebooking and prepaid schedule and in return, we were given shabby small rooms with insects all over. on complaint, it was assured that we will eb shifted to bog rooms however on repeatedly insisting we were shifted to better rooms at around 8.30 pm on second day of stay. The staff on reception will talk and talk but would not do anything. after paying for the Big rooms at good property we have been forced to stay in small rooms and injured the knee on bumping on beds. Property and its location is good

Staff was very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Girish chhimwal. Bel-la Monde Riverside - I went with office colleagues for weekend outing. Jim Corbett is a destination that many travelers find satisfying for its beautiful, private location and serene atmosphere. Also, provided food on request for safari early in the morning…didn’t charge anything and allowed late check out.

Had the pleasure of staying at Bel La Monde for 3 nights & it was fabulous stay for us. Entire staff was extremely helpful. They gave us an upgrade since we were large family with an infant. Food was delicious & spice was moderate which was suitable to us. Entire staff would go out of way to accomodate your remotest request.

Stay was very cool and nice. The best part was the food and the courteous nature of the staff. The guitar in the evening hi tea was soothing. The proximity of River Kosi adds the flavour to the property. It’s very easy to have a walk ***** side the river Kosi
