Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Kraków – Wawel Castle! Stylish, clean, and in a superb location, our room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent shower. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa and gym offered a wonderfully relaxing experience, featuring a sauna, salt room, and relaxation area (a jacuzzi would be a nice bonus!). The bar is excellent, perfect for unwinding, though it closes a bit early. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations—highly recommended for anyone visiting Kraków!

What an amazing experience loved Krakow . Hotel was amazing one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff are so helpful and kind (especially Sebastian). Rooms are super food is amazing and central to everything. Will definitely go again!

Stunning stay. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Bedroom was really quiet for a peaceful nights sleep. Powerful and huge shower. Decor in bedroom and around hotel was beautiful. Staff super friendly and well spoken English. Breakfast was LOVELY with a huge selection of continental options, Polish options and hot food menu. Additionally there were mini hot foods you could grab if didn’t want to order and wait to have freshly cooked. Excellent location to Wawel Castle and main square - all walkable. Would love to return.

作为钻石精英会员，我用积分兑换了两晚住宿。房间升级到了高级沙发床房，房间布置精美，拥有挑高的天花板和漂亮的家具，令人惊艳。整个酒店设计优雅别致，地下室还设有水疗中心，可惜我们没有时间体验。所有设施都是全新的！员工热情友好，酒店位置也非常好，靠近犹太区和瓦维尔城堡，距离集市广场和老城广场也不远。步行即可轻松到达各处，出租车可以在酒店后面的街道上下客，那里也有入口。酒店开业才几周，出现一些服务问题也在意料之中。然而，酒店并没有采取任何措施来解决这些问题，这多少有些令人失望。1）我选择了免费早餐作为欢迎礼遇，但第一天早上我们却被告知早餐不包含在内，而且显然早餐清单上并没有添加。 2）下午我们回到酒店时，房间并没有打扫，尽管酒店客人很少，而且我们离开时“正在清洁”的牌子也亮着。3）我们最后一天电梯坏了，这意味着我们不得不上下楼梯，还要拎着行李。我们真的很享受这次住宿，很喜欢房间升级，早餐没什么特别的，只有麦片、面包，而且菜单上只能选择一样，所以如果你想吃鸡蛋，就不能再加其他东西了。没有热盘装的培根、土豆或其他配菜，这有点令人失望。不过，餐厅本身设计得非常漂亮，考虑到酒店的地理位置和优美的环境，如果价格合适，我很乐意再次入住。
这是一家全新开业的酒店。酒店位置绝佳，步行15分钟即可轻松抵达主广场，而且距离犹太区也仅几步之遥。酒店员工热情周到，有求必应，让我们倍感宾至如归。房间设施齐全，而且由于是新房，所有设备都运转良好。淋浴体验尤其出色。毫不犹豫地选择入住这家酒店吧，瓦维尔城堡英迪格酒店将竭诚为您服务。
