It had given a homely feeling. The staff was cooperative. The property was clean and maintained. We need to set up the kitchen so that guests can provide homely food.

It was very bad experience which I faced yesterday during my stay in this hotel,no food, dirty room, washroom drainage was chocked, ask Receptionist to send some toiletries ***** with the combo but he said is hotel me jo bhi ata hai ye sab lekar ata hai total a waste of money,even AC also was not in my control as it gets off after every 30 minutes, charging point was damaged, finally didn't get my complementary cookies in morning.

There was nothing as described on portal regarding any kind of services, even toiletry kettle in the room, towel in the room complete curtain in window were not available. This hotel doesn’t have any internal kitchen.

Room was not cleaned.. geyser was not there. The cups and kettle provided had stained. it was one start hotel. not sure how they got 4 star rating.

We had booked for one day. This hotel looks new, but no hot water is available in bathroom. Faced power cut. There seems no power backup. Poor service.
