Terrible service (attitude of front desk, of shuttle and bar tender, all seem to be forced to work)!! The room was big but cold and extremely noisy; you could hear every noice coming from the outside!

Stopped at this hotel after a business trip. I found all the employees we came into contact with to be friendly and knowledgeable. The pool was a nice temp and the hot tub was as well. The lobby had a nice pool table, bar and nice seating area. The room was pretty standard. It was clean. Took a long time for the shower to warm up in the morning. Nothing special about this hotel, it was ok for a one night stay. I always find the decor in this hotel to be very odd. Stay here since it's affiliated with Marriott and we have the points, otherwise probably wouldn't be my first choice.

New property. Very nice and clean. The staff stated that there were some minor hiccups in the opening; however, the property itself is very well appointed.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend I stayed at the Aloft Hotel near the Dallas airport and had one of the worst experiences with their shuttle service. After calling multiple times over the course of two hours, I was repeatedly told the shuttle was “on the way.” Spoiler alert: it never came. At one point, I was told the driver had gone to eat. Seriously? While guests are stranded waiting? After another long wait, I called again and was told it would be 15 more minutes—still no shuttle. The lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking. If you’re counting on reliable transportation, look elsewhere. Aloft completely dropped the ball, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone needing timely service or basic hospitality. A frustrating and unacceptable experience.
