I love the hotel itself, however, I had a huge issue with the cleanliness and willingness of staff to help out. We were down for breakfast at 8 am and I went to the bathroom off the lobby and it was out of toilet paper and had a ring in the toilet. When I mentioned the tp issue to the front desk attendee, his reply was he would notify someone. We sat in the lobby for breakfast that never came for half an hour, and the TP issue was never rectified. When I say we sat and waited for breakfast, most of the food was gone at 8 o’clock and when I ask the kitchen attendee, she said it was cooking but again we were there for half an hour, and it wasn’t restocked. We ended up leaving and paying for breakfast at a restaurant. Finally I believe our shower in our room was not cleaned because not only was there quite a bit of hair on the walls and there was an open bar of soap in the shower. I believe a good manager and better supervision of staff would help this lovely hotel immensely!

Comfortable Stay
Everything was excellent. The location was awesome close to park for our family picnic. My elderly mother needed accessibility and the roll in shower was perfect. The only thing was loud air conditioning unit but other than that we were comfortable.

Stunning! The Home2 Suites and surrounding area was nothing short of spectacular! It was clean, quaint, and inspired! We will definitely be booking again for next year!

Bed and pillows were old and not comfortable. Hotel and breakfast were clean and adequate. Room and amenities were good overall.
