The indoor pool was beyond cold unfortunately. Other than that everything else seemed clean and in order!

Nice Stay
Good hotel in a good location in Leavenworth. Only suggestion would be that they improve their maintenance, or maybe attention to detail of the cleaning staff. Two TVs in separate rooms, but only one remote: the time on the clock is off by over an hour but it has to be reset by hotel staff; the sliding door to the bathroom didn't lock or unlock properly; the electric blinds in both rooms would not work; etc. Not huge things but more than expected for one hotel room.

Convenient.
Convenient to the army base. All staff members were very pleasant any time I encountered them. The hotel was clean and room was good.

Decent stay over all, there was a sewer smell in the hallways that was a bit off putting.

Room was clean but pool was out of order the entire 3 weeks we stayed; blackout drape did not retract- down the entire time; broken toaster in kitchenette; breakfast items not replenished- night staff Vincent was only staff that seemed to care

Pool out of order which is why I chose this place was because it had a pool. No tv, no phone. No refund or partial refund.

It was good but the cable went out around 3:30pm and didn’t come back til 4:30am kinda hard when you have a small child

Breakfast was mediocre and the routine did not vary until the last day of my stay. Oatmeal, waffles, and premade croissant sandwiches, burritos, and pancake/sausage sandwiches served every day; Friday they had scrambled egg bowls. Other than that, it was a great property, with excellent staff.

Good valet, stopped there while moving. Loved the vintage aspect. Rooms could use some touching up. Found street noise to be pretty loud from 6th floor. Staff, excellent. Room service excellent.
