Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great

The hotel was good. But i had booked a suite room for my parents and inspite of booking one they gave my parents a deluxe room and their justification that they are sorry and the suite room was occupied. They have told would return my balance after 3 days. I want the balance and tax refund of the same. Will never book this hotel again

This hotel while booking they say something and while checking out something regarding food charges. Also not in the centre. Amenities are very basic for the charges. They didnt bother to inform about wifi availability also. Not recommended.

Its more a glorified lodge, staff has no idea how to run a hotel, wrong food bills given, washroom in dismal state, shaving mirror too far, no hot water, food is given thru a local restaurant, only vegeterian, if you book buffet brkfast, you get to choose one plate if idli or dosa .. terrible

The stay was awesome which I ever had. The rooms are well clean, neat and maintained well.The staff were so polite. Services are available at anytime. They also having a veg restaurant which is so tastier foods. They also provide almost every facilities upon request
