Car show in town and a bunch of these car people stayed here. These guest blocked off parking spaces with cones and lawn chairs so the could park there at night. And would then set up lawn chairs in adjacent spots at night forcing other guests to park across the street while they visited with their fellow car people. They were doing burnouts in the street and the staff did nothing. Made for an unsafe and just an all around lousy stay. Last time staying there.

We have stayed here numerous times. Rooms are ok but the amenities are great. Several pools, food, ice cream shop.

Friendly staff. Lots of fun! Room was perfect for a family of 4. We were happy to have the option for a bunk bed and a King so that the kids didn't have to share a bed. We appreciated the convenience to pools and the beach. We enjoyed using the heated pools, lazy river and hot tub. It made the cooler weather no big deal! The putt putt course has seen better days but it was still fun. The main negatives were that we had to pay an extra "resort fee" but still had to pay for some very basic amenities like a cup of coffee and ice. The room was good, but didn't have a hair dryer or very many places to hang towels/wet swimsuits, etc.

The staff was exceptional. The place is a little outdated and a little dirty. We never got housekeeping but wasn't sure if we needed to call to get the room serviced bc of sand from the beach. I originally booked an oceanfront room and was placed in a room with a partial view.
Once I called luckily they had rooms available to move me to an actual oceanfront room. We also had issues with our room key but that eventually got fixed. Again the staff was amazing!!
Overall we enjoyed the place. We definitely didn't use all the amenities but it was still lovely. Can't give it 5 stars since the room really needed an update. Bed and pillows were fine.

酒店的位置很好，下楼就是白沙滩，他家的房间很难选择，因为户型太多，我们在网上选了之后现场感觉不太理想，又在前台选择了朝向大海的房间，当然要另加钱。酒店应该在这方面多给游客做些房间选择的展示。前台小哥非常耐心，详细介绍酒店的各项设施，我们连续住了六天，没有打扫房间，当然我们也没要求，所以也没注意他们是几天一淸扫。床还可以吧，偏软，枕头较差，乱七八糟。洗手间比较小，毛巾陈旧，厨房有咖啡壶，但一包咖啡也不配，也是够另类。酒店不很大，整体很温馨，设施比较齐全。酒吧带劲，还有沙滩排球，小朋友游乐场温水泳池SPA等等，适合家庭度假。酒店的所有工作人员都非常的nice。离酒店大约700米就有一个大超市，特别值得一提的是超市里各种酒类齐全，且价格便宜，码头公园开车过去也就两三分钟，哪里有各种好吃的和好玩的，还有电影院奥特莱斯等，超级好玩。总之，还是很推荐这家酒店，但因我们是淡季去的，所以不知旺季的价格，如果那时仍是我们住的150刀左右，还是不错的选择。最后还是重点感谢前台的小哥和小姐姐，她们的微笑令我难忘，如果有空来还会选择他家。
位置非常好，但照片误导性太强了。它是一家不错的经济型海滨酒店，适合家庭入住。工作人员和其他住客都很友善。非常干净，位置很好。从房间看海景非常漂亮。房间有点旧了。咖啡机里没有咖啡。如果你需要两套以上的毛巾，就得自己去要。没有吹风机和洗漱用品。也没有免费的冰块，必须在大堂购买。
一次难忘的经历
这家酒店很糟糕，脏乱差，维护不善，一切都又旧又脏。浴缸堵塞，双人床超级小，毛巾气味难闻，设施脏乱，无人照管，室内泳池氯气味很重，走廊里蒸汽弥漫。酒店网站上说有沙滩椅和遮阳伞，但要用的话要收50美元。这是一次非常糟糕的体验，也挺可惜的，因为酒店外观和位置都很好，但他们却不愿意投资。价格与他们提供的服务相比，实在太贵了。
