Justin and his staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms are very fresh and clean as is the whole Hotel. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in Columbus, NE

This experiment was not good. After checking in, the front desk lady handed me my key and said “the elevators are down” carried everything up to the room. The room had never been cleaned. Went back down with everything. Got a different room. Carried everything up. AC’s weren’t working as the entire hotel was having power issues. Hence the elevators not working. The front desk lady at check in is pretty rude. Nothing pleasant about any experience with her as she acts like having a job is an inconvenience on her existence. Breakfast is really good and the lady that handles that is awesome.

Hotel is clean. Has a lot of issues for a new hotel. One of the check in ladies is not pleasant by any means. She’s borderline rude. Pretty sure it’s just her personality l.

My husband and I spent the night there on April 13th. Absolutely perfect. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was new, clean and so much more than we expected. Breakfast was great. Would definitely return. We were travelling from Arizona to Manitoba and the large fridge was a nice surprise for our ice packs and road snacks.

The stay was good. The bed and pillows were great! The layout of the room was very efficient and loved the use of space. The breakfast left lots to be desired. Breakfast was cold and very little was offered during the week. The options for topping for yogurt or waffles was great though. I gathered all the items I enjoyed and made a snack mix each day we were there. That was great. I was also impressed with their SF syrup option, appreciated that.
