视野比较好,交通还算方便,有停车位,服务人员也比较好
房间非常干净,无异味。前台的小脸胡子小哥超级温柔,服务态度很好(在格鲁吉亚数日,唯一笑的前台)。房间吹风机很老旧,但还算有点风。早餐还行。
相对干净整洁,1201号房间很安静,非常棒。
提前通过携程(Trip.com)提出的要求也很好地传达了。
下次还会考虑入住。
早餐兼餐厅有点小,菜单也比较简单,但因为我不太能吃,所以没有觉得有什么不便。
没有游泳池,员工们都很亲切。
房间比想象中的紧凑的多得多,标房的单人床相当于国内做spa的床那么窄,不小心翻身随时会掉下去的那种,被子也迎合床的尺寸,很窄。大床房尚可。
服务人员热情,还推荐当地美食。
停车不安心
我在这里住得还算愉快。入住感觉有点费时,但到了房间,发现房间很干净。可惜的是,虽然我住在顶楼,但我还是在房间里发现了一只蟋蟀!酒店的位置实在不太方便,感觉离主要景点很远。餐厅菜品丰富,但服务很慢。
我们从伊斯坦布尔出发,从第比利斯到巴统的旅程中,在这家酒店住了 2 晚。我们非常喜欢这家酒店,入住手续非常快。房间虽然有点小,但是干净卫生。空调很好用,床也很舒服。浴室干净而现代。酒店很新,早餐也不错,但是早上我们很难找到桌子,因为所有的旅行团都同时来吃早餐。如果我以后有机会来这里,我还会再次入住这家酒店。 9.5/10
我经常去格鲁吉亚旅行,这次来第比利斯出差。在第比利斯找到另一家雅高酒店后,决定在这里住三晚。这家酒店是全新的,从很远就能看到。酒店拥有美丽的全景视野。房间设计精美,我喜欢暖色调。我住的是高级房,空间宽敞。淋浴喷头和浴室用品都很棒,为我的入住体验锦上添花。酒店最大的亮点是工作人员。前台的女士们笑容亲切,随时准备提供帮助。餐厅团队也很棒。食物美味可口。我向所有旅客推荐这家酒店。我还会再次入住。
糟糕的体验!几天前在这家酒店预订了房间,收到了确认邮件,确认价格和之前一样。可想而知,到达当天被告知价格变了,而且涨了好多,我有多失望!没有提前通知,也没有解释。简直就是既成事实,还要额外付费。除了“系统出错”之外,没有任何明确的解释。这完全不可接受,而且非常不专业!我感觉自己被骗了,对这种对待顾客的态度非常失望。
