Smoker next door - tried calling reception for help no answer so had to put up with it

I had a train to catch at 7:15, and the breakfast hadn't all been put out at 6:55. Got what i couldfor my journey. The woman that emerged from the kitchen was rather rude to me. Never mind.

Comfortable and clean
Nice clean hotel and the staff are welcoming. Ive stayed here at least 3 seperate occasions in the past 12 mnths

Didn't have breakfast. No alcohol available in the bar, general 'tiredness' of the property, especially the bar area and the entrance. Staff very friendly and helpful.
前台那位男士非常乐于助人也很友好，但房间有点吵，能听到其他客人开门关门的声音。
这家酒店总体来说还不错，就是没有空调，听说已经坏了一段时间了，这点让人有点失望。
他们给我换了个房间，结果还是从一个闷热的房间换到另一个，更糟的是，我被夹在两个正在开派对的房间中间。后来我还是选择换回了原来的房间，总算睡了一会儿。
酒店挺好，就是空调不给力。
房间很棒，床也很舒服。唯一的问题是，每次走动地板都会吱吱作响，而且门锁不紧，一直砰砰响。邻居们一直吵到凌晨，我几乎没怎么睡。对面房间的人因为在房间里抽烟，凌晨把火警都给触发了。
房间设施齐全，非常干净，床也足够大。
