I had a wonderful stay this month for a second time after having stayed at this hotel last summer when they had recently opened. The hotel is brand new and it is a beautiful property with a nice pool, great views of town from high floors and rooftop, and very nice rooms with big bathtubs and Mexican modern design and amenities. I was recognized for being a Titanium elite member and got a great upgrade to a top floor room with view of town and cathedral. The best thing about this hotel is the team and they are all exceptional! Everyone was so kind and helpful and I want to especially thank German who was very friendly and helped me a lot with scheduling a massage and offering recommendations. He is amazing! I also want to thank Eduardo and Aranza in the front desk who provided a wonderful check in experience and were always friendly to me and so warm. The bellman and drivers are also amazing and I want to thank Pablo, Jose Luis, and Jesus. They drove me to town in the house car many times and were so incredibly nice and I had great conversations with them. They are all excellent and made me feel special! The restaurant is also beautiful and delicious with great service from everyone. I even got to meet the chef who was so nice and friendly to me. I want to thank Givonnai for his help and he was also wonderful. The hotel is a little farther from town but they have a complementary house car and will drive you and pick you up so it is not a problem and there are also restaurants and shops walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and I cannot wait to go back!

I had a great stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The restaurant served delicious food — every meal was excellent. A special shout out to Jose Luis, who drove us to the city center and shared great local insights along the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really made our trip even better. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was fantastic! there's no complaint about anything. My only suggestion is for the hotel to habilitate a lobby store to buy snacks, sun lotion, etc.

They even shared some sunscreen with me. The service is outstanding!

We stayed 5 nights at Clevia and had a wonderful stay. Everyone from Luis at the front door, Cesar at the pool to Jorge, the general manager could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is an easy 12 to 15 minute walk down San Antonio to the main square. We walked most the time and occasionally took an Uber ($4.00 US) to dinner but often walked back to the hotel. Our room was beautiful. We had a king room with a large balcony overlooking the pool. The bed and linens were very comfortable and we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony. The beautifully designed bathroom is very spacious with a great soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. The pool area is beautiful with full bar and food service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clevia and appreciate everyone making us feel at home.
