I would recommend The Element to anyone! I can't think of a single negative comment! It was extremely clean, inviting, blackout curtains, pet friendly, the front desk staff is so helpful, I could just go on and on. Thank you for your hospitality!! 😊

Very clean and new feeling. Unfortunately when I arrived to check in, no staff were near the front desk, with no means of notifying the staff. Two other people and myself waited more than 10 minutes, not acceptable. At that point, I gave up and went to get supper & check in after.

Very clean hotel and rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was phenomenal every morning and the complimentary coffee bar and cookies were an added bonus! We would absolutely stay at an Elements again!

Starting from check-in to check-out. I don’t have enough room to write all the wonderful things. This is a 5 star hotel. Will definitely stay here from now on!
舒适又新开的酒店。唯一的缺点是早餐，糟糕透了。真希望是传统的美式早餐，有鸡蛋、香肠、华夫饼、煎饼等等。可是，那里连这些都没有，只是个员工制作“当日必点”热菜的摊位，对我来说，就是一份墨西哥卷饼（TACO），里面有干炒蛋和碎香肠。
酒店、房间和早餐都很棒。
