I absolutely ENJOYED my 2 day stay at the new Residence INN Novato Sonoma! Great amenities. Excellent location with mixed distance to San Francisco, The Golden Gate Bridge, and of course Sonoma. I look forward to my next stay.

All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Rooms were clean and well organized. Great shower setup and hot water at all times. Good coffee and variety at the breakfast buffet. Would stay there again.

Great family hotel
We were in town for a waterpolo tournament, so the location was perfect. The size of our room and was perfect for our family of 4 to spread out. The breakfast was good. It was clean and quite.

I really the hotel, it's nice clean looks new, staff is nice. Amenities are okay, but I think a hot tub would be great. I miss that. And maybe a bar or something could be good where you can get some drinks.

住宿体验尚可，但性价比不高。入住第一晚，凌晨五点就被隔壁邻居播放的震耳欲聋的音乐吵醒。第二晚，我女朋友也被他们的谈话声吵醒。墙壁似乎很薄，隔音效果很差。房间本身很干净，符合预期。经理没有给我们免单，只是提供了一些饮料。考虑到他可能是第一次担任经理，我对他的服务并不满意。

全新现代化建筑。员工非常友好。房间宽敞，配有小厨房、超大淋浴间和起居室。地理位置优越——靠近高速公路但又不会太近。床很舒服。
最喜欢的住宿地点
性价比超高。酒店宽敞，家具舒适，设施齐全，停车方便。免费早餐美味可口，选择丰富，还有健康食品。
