New hotel. Nice large rooms. Decent coffee. But, no hot water. They moved our first room. In the 2nd room, the water would run warm for 3 minutes, not long enough for a shower. A room credit or extra points to make up for this issue would have been appreciated. However, we weren't offered either. Paid over $200 and no one could shower. As a result, next time we're in Tomball, we'll stay elsewhere.

我们整个入住体验都非常棒。每天都有多种选择，早餐很丰盛。这里环境安静，让我们感到很安全。工作人员热情友好。
位置便利，建筑崭新，装修现代。但是，清洁服务并非每日提供。我不太清楚具体原因，但两天后我不得不主动要求打扫房间。
