As located on a boulevard it is normally a crowded area but it was very convenient for as with such a great varity of stores for shopping,meet our relatives and enjoy a lunch at a restaurant to celebrate a family event.We were pleased we choose this hotel for our short visit and stay.

A nice hotel room for a nice vacation stay.
Our stay started off with a very pleasant young lady who greeted us as we walked in the door. She was very polite, and very professional, and gave us an attitude of warmth and welcoming. Our room was quite nice, quiet, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice and clean. A very nice stay.

Not the bed stay rude mgr
Ok , but we stayed two days these day close to chk out we got a knock on our door which at first I didn’t hear but the hotel manager came into out room in announced start asking about the luggage dolly we kept over night apparently we didn’t know it had to be returned at chk in cause we had never had they problem before so he came in and ask for it saying I was charged 100 for keeping in cause there was a small sticker on it stateing that but I did not see it but my wife was in bed not dressed but under the cover my issue was they could have called our room the first night or in the morning to ask us if we had it but they didn’t sec he should have just waited at the door until I brought it to him and didn’t bother to apologize for walking in unannounced so we definitely will not be staying here again

After further investigation, I would like to clarify the situation.Our hotel’s check-out time is 11:00 AM. The Front Desk attempted to call the room but received no answer. About 30 minutes after check-out time, the manager went to the floor, knocked on the door three times, and introduced himself, but there was still no response.Please note that there is a “hearing-impaired doorbell” outside the room, which was also rung multiple times. The bell is quite loud, but unfortunately, there was no response to that either. At that point, our staff reasonably assumed the room was vacant.Because the bell cart was still inside, and other guests were waiting to check out and needed it for their luggage, the staff retrieved it. In fact, you kindly brought the cart to the door so that it could be collected.As you can see, the hotel staff followed proper protocol, and this appears to have been a misunderstanding.We sincerely apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding.

Great Experience!
We had a very nice stay. The room and hotel were very clean, the bed was very comfortable and I really loved the dove dispensers that they have in the bathroom. This was our 1st time staying here, but definitely won’t be our last. The price was reasonable and the quality was outstanding!

新酒店，设施和服务都不错，早饭还是和国内没法比
酒店2025年6月刚竣工，非常干净，被子也都是新的，感觉酒店让我的旅程清新又愉快。
卫生间和淋浴间也和一般的高级酒店一样好，而且很宽敞。
早餐种类也很多样，如果非要挑缺点的话，可能就是想吃华夫饼吧，哈哈！
这里离韩国城也很近，所以去好吃的韩餐店都只需10-15分钟。
就在乔治亚购物中心前面，购物也很方便。
