We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is just beautiful — right by the lake, quiet, and peaceful, which made it such a relaxing getaway. The place itself is well built and very clean. We also tried their lemon raspberry cake slice, and wow, it was absolutely delicious! Would definitely come back again

The toilet ran off and on all night, I told the front desk in the am.
The Bartender at dinner broke 4 glasses at different times
The Bar was pretty empty?..
Broken glass landed next to some ones food, the glass shards were on the bar top, he did not offer to replace the food.
There may have been glass shards in the food
The food was just ok hamburger patty
Breakfast omelets egg whites not eggs, try to charge us for an omelet ingredient that was ordered but was not in the food.
She said she heard us saying about the missing ingredient
But did not ask us about it. We told her.
Nice place, needs some management oversight in the food area.

This particular hotel is the absolute perfect place for rest and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Placid. You might have to travel 10 minutes or so for a place to eat but well worth the trip.

Nice place. However, paid more money for a Lakeside room and saw very little of the lake. I let owner/mgmt know, but they didn’t do anything. You probably are better off not getting a Lakeside room.
