Nice place. However, paid more money for a Lakeside room and saw very little of the lake. I let owner/mgmt know, but they didn’t do anything. You probably are better off not getting a Lakeside room.

Had a beautiful lake view from our room. Very nice new looking hotel. Could use luggage rack in room. There is limited space available for locking bikes outdoors in a sheltered area next to the front entrance.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Check-in was quick, the room was ready on time and CLEAN. Check out was the fastest I’ve ever had. Loved the off street parking. Highly recommend

Favorite place to stay in Saranac Lake.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Spacious room with a very cozy robe after a relaxing shower. Would definately recommend and come again. Great location for the Adirondack Rail trail.
