服务态度非常好, 离机场距离很近, 很干净很舒服。 早餐好好吃👍!
进出住了两次该酒店,离机场走路五分钟,很方便,有24小时餐厅吧,电梯口有饮用水,房间虽然有点小,但是还是挺不错,够用,就是不知道为啥,第比利斯的马桶都特别高,坐上去会腾空,有点郁闷😒
房间非常小,最简易的设施,并且不便宜。地理位置很好,就在机场旁,步行五分钟。但是没有服务,没有任何其他吸引的点,不建议入住。
房间还算整洁干净,离机场很近,步行五分钟就能到达,适合早晚的航班入住。酒店工作人员英语流利 服务不错!
走出机场,往左手边走,有大概100多米,晚上风比较大,但还好,不用太远,房间不大,每个电梯口有直饮水可以装,房间干净
从机场步行大约3分钟就能到。从抵达大厅出来后,沿着路向左走就能看到酒店大楼。办理入住和退房手续都很顺畅,服务也非常周到。住了两晚,房间每天都会打扫,所以一直保持得很干净。淋浴的水温和水压都完全没问题,隔音效果也很好。
我的入住体验还可以,但我朋友的经历简直糟透了。他房间的床坏了(所有床板都断了)。打了两通电话,等了40分钟后,酒店告诉他,除非他预订/支付新房间的费用,否则不能换房(尽管我付钱的房间根本没有床)。最后,他们过来查看房间,但在盯着床看了30秒后,就决定无法修理,但仍然不肯免费调换房间。他们从头到尾都没提过退款或代金券。直到他打电话给前台,解释说我将不得不睡在地板上(并会在评论中提及此事)后,他们才同意免费给他换一个房间,尽管他们警告说新房间只建了一半,所以没有窗帘。他们没有主动帮忙搬行李,没有提供退款,也没有提供早餐券。简直太糟糕了。
多亏了这里,我休息得很好!工作人员也很友好和乐于助人。房间足够宽敞,使用方便,早上还享用了非常美味的自助早餐,缓解了长途旅行的疲惫!我还想再来住!!非常感谢。
非常令人失望的酒店。我挂了“请勿打扰”牌,他们还是进了我的房间。食物难吃透了,而且我不得不花40格鲁吉亚拉里(GEL),还没什么其他选择。楼下的厕所又脏又黑。要点水也超级麻烦。
离机场100米,一个还不错的酒店。除了价格有点高,比市区的平均水平高了一倍左右,其他都挺好的。房间里有免费的茶、咖啡、水壶,每层楼的饮水机旁还有个水壶方便接饮用水。
